With over a decade of experience as an award-winning employment law attorney specializing in wage and hour class actions, Patrick has a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges in the modern workplace. Throughout his career, he has observed numerous cases that began as minor workplace disputes but spiraled into litigation. This insight fueled his passion to create a better workplace environment, leading to the inception of The BEACH Method.
